I am partnering with my dear friend and Fitness Trainer Lillian for this challenge. Lillian has been instrumental in my own wellness journey with fitness and overall health. She taught me how to use all of the equipment at the gym — from kettlebells to resistance bands — giving me encouragement and support. This gave me the confidence to incorporate strength training into my regular workout routines and the skills to train like a boss.
